Are morning people born or made? In my case it was definitely made. In my early 20s, I rarely went to bed before midnight, and I’d almost always sleep in late. I usually didn’t start hitting my stride each day until late afternoon. But after a while I couldn’t ignore the high correlation between success and rising early, even in my own life. On those rare occasions where I did get up early, I noticed that my productivity was almost always higher, not just in the morning but all throughout the day. And I also noticed a significant feeling of well-being. So being the proactive goal-achiever I was, I set out to become a habitual early riser. I promptly set my alarm clock for 5AM… … and the next morning, I got up just before noon. Hmmm…

Sure, this kind of sleeping pattern is good for over all well being particularly your eyes and brain.Recently I read a medical book mentioned about getting to bed at 10 pm until 3 am because this is the healing period of our body to recuperate from any form of internal injuries (stress, anger, sadness, eating late, frustrations etc.) and I confirmed it to our family doctor(graduate and practice in the US) about what I read and she said yes, it's true.Well it's true or not, I set myself to give it a try on the day of my bday and the rest will be...let see...
guys!! you have to try this also hitting the sea side often, the sea breeze and a frequent dipping in the sea water is really good for health.

before my vacation it's really difficult to wake up early cause of my nature of work no matter how hard I try but now that I'm on vacation for almost a year and I'm in a wholistic program this is the first thing we have learn to do as a basic procedure then detoxification, ventosa and trance.now i wake up 5 am sharp and do some exercise and it turn out good I am more productive and more healthier. Thanks for sharing harry and you have to try it to be more active so that we can chase our future children..ok, my future children.

He he ... Thanks Jess. I think 3 kids are enough for me. You have a few more to go ... :) In fact the children are really helping me to get up early. They wake up every day between 6 and 630am even if they stay up longer. I think this also shows that nature intended to give us a regular wake-up time. Perhaps we do not wake up in time anymore when we start to do things which we don't like, e.g. school, a job we're not passionate about, etc
