I'll definitely give this a try. Would be great to have an extra hour per day
Yes, getting up 1 or 2 hours earlier in the morning will increase your productivity a lot
thanks man last week i just did that and went to my poultry farm and was amazed at how much work one can do between 5-9am it even seems hours around that time are slower than the others
thanks am motivated to do it the more
Sure, this kind of sleeping pattern is good for over all well being particularly your eyes and brain.Recently I read a medical book mentioned about getting to bed at 10 pm until 3 am because this is the healing period of our body to recuperate from any form of internal injuries (stress, anger, sadness, eating late, frustrations etc.) and I confirmed it to our family doctor(graduate and practice in the US) about what I read and she said yes, it's true.Well it's true or not, I set myself to give it a try on the day of my bday and the rest will be...let see...
guys!! you have to try this also hitting the sea side often, the sea breeze and a frequent dipping in the sea water is really good for health.
plus there's something cozy and peaceful in the morning :) thanks for sharing. i hope we all can become a habitual early riser :) all the best. God bless.
Thanks for sharing a simple but grate thing.
before my vacation it's really difficult to wake up early cause of my nature of work no matter how hard I try but now that I'm on vacation for almost a year and I'm in a wholistic program this is the first thing we have learn to do as a basic procedure then detoxification, ventosa and trance.now i wake up 5 am sharp and do some exercise and it turn out good I am more productive and more healthier. Thanks for sharing harry and you have to try it to be more active so that we can chase our future children..ok, my future children.
He he ... Thanks Jess. I think 3 kids are enough for me. You have a few more to go ... :) In fact the children are really helping me to get up early. They wake up every day between 6 and 630am even if they stay up longer. I think this also shows that nature intended to give us a regular wake-up time. Perhaps we do not wake up in time anymore when we start to do things which we don't like, e.g. school, a job we're not passionate about, etc
Wow! talking about chasing kids sounds great here. Yes jess, kids are great green alarm clock too. No need batteries ha!ha!ha! thanks harry for this post.
oh yah you're right my dear friend roslyn, see what kids can do? they can even go green and I still have to find out what more they can do in the future, so I better hurry and make a dozen, you will see, instead of koi fish ha..ha..ha
