Dear Michaela, very nice findings. but you know too much caring of body will make us crazy.
Dear Jophin, I don't see a need to be perfect, but a little bit of self-acceptance can go a long way and can make us much more happier!
Dear Michaela and John I do agree to both of you, two of you got a point, in my opinion each individual has its own choice some people do resort on a well-known verse " thank you doctor " kind (I hope you two know what I mean) others want to sweat it out or do something in a natural, slow version because they have all the time to do it, see like me, I have to set a vacation for almost a year to achieved what I want with the rest of my body, because I want in a natural way to regain all those needed to make it a more healthy kind, what if those busy people who work at the executive level? Once you’re on top the entire burden is in your lap so eventually you will miss out taking good care of your body, due to some aspect that you can’t avoid, well this is only my insight with this article, hope it does help, thanks for posting :)
I really think acceptance of one's body is important. It took me a long time to accept that my build will always be bigger no matter how much I work out and now that I've accepted that I'm much happier.
For me, it is a must to take care of our body since it is the temple of our soul but it should not be to the extreme, no physical changes w/doctors aid etc. unless it’s necessary or for some health reasons. I am not against of enhancement also if it will boost someone’s confidence why not? Just make sure it is done properly and the doctor (specialist) is well known to the kind of procedure you want and this is very important, before the procedure make sure to have an executive health check up to avoid any complications that may arise during or after the surgery.
