Enriching-life has both the proprietary rights as well as the intellectual property rights that are contained in the online platform components that make up the system, including any hardware/software therein. The technical procedures, processes, concepts and methods of operation that are inherent within the platform constitute trade secrets. The usage by users of our online platform does not constitute sale or transfer of any of our rights in the platform to such users. Without any prejudice to the foregoing, any information or data entered into the system by the User or otherwise provided for entering into the platform by the user or by someone else on the user’s behalf shall at all material times remain the property of the user.

Enriching-Life will process and investigate notices of alleged copyright infringement issued to it by a third party or which Enriching-life itself comes across and will take appropriate actions under the appropriate law and other applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of notices that disclose possible copyright infringement on the face of it, Enriching-life may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing or claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is claimed to be infringing. Enriching-life will move to terminate access for account holders/users who are repeat infringers.
For any aggrieved person who wished to issue Enriching-life an effective notice of infringement, such person must provide a written communication to the attention of Enriching-life management at the address contained herein below. The notice of infringement must set forth the information which contains the particulars of the infringement claimed. Any person who issues such notice must also accept that Enriching-life may post his/her notification, with personally identifiable information redacted, to a clearinghouse and that they may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if they materially misrepresent that an activity is infringing any copyright.

If any user is dissatisfied with the service or finds any part of these Terms of Use unacceptable, then such user may choose to discontinue accessing the Site or using the services offered through our website.

If any provision of the Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be considered pro non scripto and the remaining Terms of Use shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
